Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Duelmoar ("we", "us") collects, why, and your choices. By using duelmoar.com or the Duelmoar Link app, you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your handle and email address (for login and verification).
• Broker account data (read-only): when you connect a brokerage/prop-firm account via Duelmoar Link, the app captures your broker session token and sends it to us; we use it only to read your account's name, balance, P&L, and trade activity to power leaderboards and settle duels. We never place orders or move funds. Broker tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Gameplay data: duels, ratings, results, and the tamper-evident record of settled duels.
• Optional: your Discord username if you choose to link Discord for a verified badge.
• Technical: IP address and basic request logs for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect or store your brokerage password or your payment card details. Payments are handled by Whop; we only receive your subscription status.

3. How we use it

To run the arena (leaderboards, duels, ratings), verify your email, deliver the subscription you bought, send transactional emails (e.g. challenge received, duel settled — which you can turn off), keep the Service secure, and comply with law.

4. Third parties we share with

• Whop — subscription billing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Discord — only if you choose to link your account (OAuth).
• Your broker / prop firm — we read your account using the token you provide.
• Infrastructure/hosting providers that run our servers.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention & security

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. Broker tokens are encrypted and refreshed/replaced as they expire. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your choices

• Disconnect a broker account at any time (it stops being read).
• Turn off email notifications in your settings. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe / manage-preferences link and our postal mailing address (CAN-SPAM). Account-essential emails (e.g. email verification) are required to use the Service.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@duelmoar.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to limited records we must keep for legal/security reasons.

7. Children

Duelmoar is not for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
